Software Technician / Customization - Inhouse (m/f/d) (Hart bei Graz, Styria, AT, 8075)

<p>After completing a two‑month training program in our Commissioning Academy, followed by hands‑on training on a project together with experienced Commissioning Engineers at one of our international customer sites, you will transition into an office-based role where you take on the important responsibilities of project preparation and quality assurance.</p> <p><strong>#yourmission</strong></p> <ul> <li>You model, parameterize, and configure our software and test environment according to individual customer requirements.</li> <li>You ensure quality by testing the software in our virtual warehouse environment.</li> <li>Commissioning the software in collaboration with various technology specialists is an essential part of your role.</li> <li>You provide remote support to colleagues during on-site commissioning.</li> <li>After commissioning, you finalize project documentation and hand it over to downstream departments for further processing.</li> </ul> <p><strong>#youareknapp</strong></p> <ul> <li>You have completed education in the field of IT (apprenticeship, technical college, university of applied sciences, university, or similar).</li> <li>You have basic knowledge of object-oriented programming (C++, C#, and/or Java).</li> <li>You have foundational knowledge of relational databases (SQL or Oracle).</li> <li>You have basic Linux skills.</li> <li>You have good English skills.</li> <li>You are open-minded and customer oriented.</li> </ul> <p><strong>#weareknapp</strong></p> <p>We offer you a secure, long-term position at a leading company in Styria and the opportunity to continuously grow within a motivated team.<br>This position is compensated with at least <strong>€3,040 gross per month</strong> (collective agreement for employees in the metal industry, pay grade III / i1u2J).<br>Overpayment is naturally possible depending on your qualifications and experience.</p>
