For employers
From your first listing to publication.
A practical guide to publishing a role and keeping your approved listing accurate.
ReviewedSet up your employer access
Use a verified Codestelle account, then follow the employer flow to set up your company profile. Provide an accurate company name and website, and only act for a company you are authorized to represent.
Email verification or a matching domain does not automatically prove company authority. Job submissions still require review. Existing employers using magic-link access can continue through the employer sign-in page.
Explore employer optionsPrepare and submit a job
Include a clear role title, location, work model, employment type, description and a valid external application URL. Describe where candidates may actually work, especially for remote roles.
Use a company careers page or recruitment system that accepts applications for this role. Confirm that you have the right to publish the listing and submit it for review.
- Open the employer dashboard and create a job.
- Complete the role details and application link.
- Submit the listing. Pending means it is awaiting a review decision, not that it is publicly available.
What happens during review?
New jobs and revisions require admin approval. A newly submitted role does not appear publicly just because the form was saved or submitted.
If a submission is rejected, review the feedback, correct the details and submit it again. Contact support if the requested change is unclear.
First approval establishes a new listing’s publication age. Time spent preparing a draft or waiting for review does not make the published job older.
Approval does not guarantee search indexing, traffic, applications or hires. No review turnaround time is promised.
Edit, close or update a published job
Manage your listings in the employer dashboard. Edits require reapproval; the previously approved version stays live while the revision is reviewed, unless it has been closed or expired.
Editing or reapproving an existing listing does not reset its original publication age. Close a role when you no longer accept applications so it stops appearing as an active opportunity.
Manage job listingsUnderstand the pilot and listing duration
The current employer pilot offers free submission and publication, with up to ten postings per company. Listings have a 30-day publication period after approval.
An expired or closed listing is no longer an active public opportunity. Check the status in your dashboard before assuming a role is still live. There is no automatic paid renewal.
Read the current termsWhere do applications go?
External Application is the currently available option. Candidates follow your application link and submit through your own website or recruitment system. Manage those applications there.
Apply with Codestelle, direct CV collection and an applicant-management dashboard are not currently available. Do not expect external application statuses to appear in Codestelle.
Get help with a listing or company
Contact support for problems with employer access, company details, review or a published listing. Include your company name, job title and the relevant Codestelle URL.
For an incorrect listing collected from your recruitment system, include the source URL as well. Do not send account passwords or authentication links.
