About this role
Translate commercial briefs into tangible products by co-creating product briefs, negotiating with factories, and steering the production process. You are the linchpin in achieving the 14-day production turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brief Co-creation: Co-create product briefs together with the Commercial Lead based on trend data and commercial needs.
- Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate with factories on prices, timelines, and quality standards to secure the 14-day lead time.
- Production Steering: Curate samples and steer the production process to ensure timely delivery.
- Logistics: Oversee product delivery and logistics to ensure products hit the market on time.
Key KPIs:
- Added topline sales.
- Number of product drops delivered.
- Impuls products go-in margin.
- Extensive experience in product development and production.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage supplier relationships under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of garment manufacturing, sourcing, and supply chain logistics.
