About this role
- Design and implement high-performance backend solutions in Avaloq / Oracle stack
- Deliver end-to-end execution from specification to production
- Build scalable, reusable components across accounting modules
- Optimize SQL / PL-SQL performance and system integration
- Ensure correct implementation across layers (Kernel / Baseline / Client)
- Proactively resolve defects with focus on root-cause elimination
- Drive automation, testability, and engineering standards
- Collaborate with BAs to ensure smooth translation from requirement → execution
- Strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL, Oracle DB, and backend engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Experience with Avaloq Script or similar core banking platforms
- Proven ability to deliver in SLA-driven, production-critical environments
- Strong capability in performance tuning and system integration
- Ability to work across complex financial/accounting logic
- Ownership mindset with focus on delivery reliability and maintainability
